We’re Building the Wall

There are some bad hombres in Galena. Last week we witnessed a doe being chased by not one but four young bucks proudly flicking their newly-formed racks. (btw, how did female anatomy get to be known as nice racks when clearly they…oh well) Earlier this year we told you about our plans to enlarge our main growing area. This week, our farm hands are erecting a new, stylish barricade to keep not only our horny deer friends out but also some of the smaller amigos - groundhogs, rabbits, fox, mink, weasels, etc. The new area is a little over 1/2 acre, and it will allow us to double our production for next year.
