Tomato Pie with Parmesan and Fresh Basil
The farm is overrun with tomatoes and we can’t think of any better recipe than the Southern classic: Tomato pie. Buttery crust, mayonnaise-buttermilk-Parmesan custard and all of the juicy tomatoes summer can provide.

In the absence of a food processor, feel free to make the crust using whatever method you usually use for pie pastry: pastry blender, stand mixer, or your hands.
If you're tight on time, you can also use a pre-made crust.
