JALAPEÑO POPPERS

With just three ingredients, these jalapeño poppers are easy to make and will be the hit of the party!

Ingredients

• Fresh jalapeños, cored (note: the more seeds/veins you leave, the hotter they will be)
• White cheddar cheese
• Genoa salami, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375˚. Cover roasting pan with 2-3 sheets of tinfoil. Cut small holes into the foil. Group sticks of cheese together and wrap 2-3 thin slices of salami around the cheese and stuff into whole pepper. Push the jalapeño into the hole in the foil.
2. Bake 35-40 minutes. Poppers are done when the jalapeño turns a darker shade of green. The longer they cook, the less spicy they will be.
