OEFFA—Ohio Ethical Farm and Food Association. Fawn, McLane and Peter are attending the 41st edition of the OEFFA (Ohio Ethical Food and Farm Association) Annual Conference in Dayton. Thursday's seminar is with The Market Gardener, Jean Martin Fortier. He is one of the icons of the organic gardening world. We’ll be learning the latest techniques and strategies to optimize our operation. This will help maximize the output and taste of our crops for our CSA members.
