Farm Share Plus

  It Really is So Special! It's all of the same great veggies as the standard share PLUS:

• Early and late season harvests: Some of our best vegetables and most loved harvests happen before and after our standard growing season. Depending on the weather, we've had some of our best produce of the year in our off-months. These early/late harvests are even more impressive as the weather is cooler. You'll receive early and late season produce when you appreciate it even more.

• Fresh flowers when available: who doesn't love the unexpected gift of local fresh flowers artfully arranged and ready to perk up your table

• You will receive a full complement of our 1808 olive oil and vinegar in a special wooden crate.

• Spring and fall honey - a crowd favorite

• In-season bulk crops with tips and tricks for enjoying year-round - think green beans for freezing, Roma tomatoes for sauce/drying/freezing. These are great to pull out of the freezer on a cold day and get a little burst of summer in your meal.

• We're planning special kits with all the ingredients and directions to make pesto, salsa verde, and more.

• New 1808 products and swag. Hats and shirts are in the works so you can show off to your friends that you are fresh/local food-minded.

• Post-pandemic special events with guest chefs. They will prepare meals using Yankee Street produce and other local ingredients. We'll pair with wine/beer and other delicacies from local partners.

• Special offers on new 1808 products—wait until you see what we have "in-store" for you.

• Participate in one of our harvest days - be a farmer and see what goes into preparing 50 baskets each week (spoiler alert: it's a lot, but it's fun too)
