Harvest Week One is a Wrap

We completed our Week One’s harvest yesterday. Picking spinach and lettuce at 6:00 am. Washed, packed and on the road to Galena, Bexley and Clintonville. This was our first big test using our new crates, refrigerated cooler, truck and schedule. It was hectic, exhausting and, well, wonderful. Here’s some photos to capture the day’s progression.
