Big News from Yankee Street Farm. Starting today we’re making the wonderful Broadcap Farm’s mushrooms available to order right on our website. Order on our site before Tuesday at midnight, and you’d have your order in your basket on Saturday. We are featuring Lion’s Mane, Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms and a Wild Mix too (Wild mix is a combination of the Lion’s Mane, Shiitake and Oyster and sometimes some other mushrooms like Chestnuts.)

Remember how to prepare them? Trim off any growing medium (sawdust and grain) before cooking. Because it's a wide variety and small sized, we recommend chopping them up and sautéing them in butter or olive oil with garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and serving them over pasta or in an omelette.
