Something new in your boxes tomorrow - Broccoli leaves. Prepare them the same ways as kale, Swiss chard or collard and mustard greens. Delicious in salads, soups, sandwiches, or even blended into a smoothie. The leaves are highest in cell-protecting antioxidants, vitamins E and K, and calcium. Who knew?
