Barn Door Open House Roundup

Our first annual Barn Door Open House was a success! Over 75 shareholders came out to inspect their crops and sample some garden-fresh appetizers. Chef Rene made some delicious salsa from our tomatoes, peppers, and onions, while Chef Jordan made two snacks using tomatoes, zucchini, feta/mozzarella, basil, 1808 olive oil, and olives. Iced Tulsi tea was a big hit too. Our drone pilot documented the day with some aerial footage. It’s fun to see how the farm is shaping up from above. (Sometimes, we lose perspective when we are literally in the weeds!)
