Mad About Maddie
We are excited to have Maddie, our new farm manager, sign on for year-round responsibilities around the garden for the remained of 2021 and 2022. This is great for Shareholders as she is becoming quite the small-scale farmer and for Maddie too, as seasonal employment sucks. Her hard work ethic, good-natured sensibility, ability to train and encourage others, and passion for sustainable, local nutritious food makes her the future of farming in America. Employing her full-time, year-round is a significant mile marker for the farm's future success and small-scale agriculture in general. Maddie will be helping take our garden game to the next level.
Let's get to know her a little better with these random questions.

Maddie is always a joy - laid back, easy to talk to, and a hard worker. She listens to great music and watches entertaining tv shows. She is very knowledgeable about the farm, and I love to quiz her to learn more about the crops and garden.
