1808 HOUSE DRESSING

At Yankee Street Farm, we find that when it comes to food, simple is often the best. Our favorite dressing is just three ingredients and can be used on everything.

Ingredients

• 1808 Honey-Ginger Balsamic Vinegar 
• 1808 Olive Oil 
• Cracked Pepper

Instructions

1. Mix your 1808 Honey-Ginger Balsamic Vinegar and 1808 Olive Oil in a 3:1 ratio depending on your serving needs. Add pepper to taste - we like a LOT of cracked pepper - and shake or whisk for a quick, easy, and delicious dressing or glaze.

Notes:

Optional substitution: trade out the 1808 Honey-Ginger Balsamic for our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar for a more traditional and tangy dressing or glaze.
